  Our Training and Prototype Testing Facilities 

Stasuk Testing has a unique facility to fully train our technicians in our specially equipped training labs. Below is are some photos of our near drum mockup.

 

General Facilities

Radiographic Pits

In our Main Office location we have a fully equipped lab including dedicated X-ray and Gamma Ray Pits with some rated for as high as 400 kV and 300 Cu Cobalt.  Large radiography pits enable our employees to continuously work with large radioactive sources in a safe dose environment. With our 5-ton Overhead crane we can unload and manipulated large specimens for Radiographic, Magnetic Particle or Ultrasonic Inspections.  Our mobile darkrooms are fully equipped to handle Iridium, Cobalt and X-ray  for in-field radiography

Liquid Penetrant Inspection Laboratory
  Our unique nuclear grade inspection area incorporates controlled wash temperature, ambient light suppression, calibrated and filtered air pressure and segregated consumables to meet or exceed the strictest of quality control programs

Magnetic Particle Inspections
 Large calibrated wet beds with overhead crane access enables our technicians to handle and easily inspect large and awkward  pieces.  Large de-magnification units assure no residual magnetism when inspections are completed.

Ultrasonic Inspection Laboratory
With custom made immersion tanks and computer operated scanning, our procedures can be custom tailored to insure repeatable inspection methods.  Our technicians use the most currently available ultrasonic technologies in-field and in-house.
