Dry Seal Immersion Scanning System
Our patented Near drum scanners provide high speed, high resolution scanning of the tube corrosion and thinning phenomenon. This is typically found within the first couple inches from the tubesheet or drum face. With the only system to have passed the coveted Proctor & Gamble near drum test, our system has been providing proven results for customers in over 12 countries worldwide. With trending software we can establish as little as 0.001" per year differences. The updated NIP-2 systems can also now perform simultaneous near drum crack scans to detect exhisting crack presence.
